Love Eatz Smashburger Information

Tucked along SW Pacific Highway in Tigard, Love Eatz Smashburger brings a laid-back, no-frills vibe that feels instantly welcoming, the kind of place where you walk in hungry and leave already planning your next visit. The location at 12950 SW Pacific Hwy #11 makes it an easy stop whether you’re a local running errands or just passing through, and the steady stream of regulars says a lot about its growing reputation in the area.

The menu keeps things focused, which works in its favor. Smashburgers are clearly the star here, cooked with that crispy-edged, juicy center that defines a proper smash technique. You can taste the difference in the sear alone-slightly caramelized, with just enough crunch before giving way to a tender bite. The classic options hit all the right notes, but there are also a few creative combinations that layer in sauces, cheese, and toppings without going overboard. It’s the kind of balance that shows someone in the kitchen actually understands how flavors work together, not just how to stack ingredients high.

Sides are exactly what you want alongside a burger-crispy fries that hold up well even after sitting for a bit, and portions that feel generous without being excessive. On one visit, the fries came out hot and well-seasoned, with a texture that stayed crisp longer than expected, which isn’t always the case at smaller diners. There’s a simplicity to the overall menu, but it doesn’t feel limited; instead, it feels intentional.

The atmosphere leans casual and comfortable, more about good food than flashy design. It’s the kind of spot where conversations flow easily, whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or hanging out a bit longer. Service tends to match that tone-friendly, straightforward, and efficient. Orders come out quickly, and staff seem genuinely engaged without hovering, which adds to the relaxed experience.

Reviews from locals often highlight consistency, and based on repeat visits, that seems fair. The burgers come out reliably well-cooked, and the overall quality doesn’t fluctuate much, which is something many diners quietly value. While it may not have the polish of a high-end burger joint, it doesn’t need it. What it offers instead is a solid, satisfying meal that delivers exactly what it promises, with just enough personality to keep it memorable.

What People's Say About Place

I drive by this food cart all the time and we finally stopped to try it and I will say it hit the spot! Service was great, he was very friendly and it was a beautiful day to sit outside to eat. We got the love burger and fries combo and it everything was so delicious and flavorful, seasoned to perfection. The sauce is chefs kiss and the lemonades were thirst quenching (got the pdx rain which is blue raspberry and the raspberry flavors). My husband and I both enjoyed our food thoroughly, I had no complaints whatsoever.

So glad we tried this as our first food cart in the Portland area. This is simply one of the best burgers I’ve ever had- as someone who travels a lot and eats a LOT of smash burgers - everything from the big fresh bun and burger sauce to the juicy, lacey patty was spot on - with crispy and addictive seasoned fries too! Fresh Marionberry lemonade was not too sweet and a great portion. Definitely check them out.

I was craving a smashburger and washed to try this place out as I've driven past it a few times. I ordered the Love Burger (made it a double) and a combo meal. The patties were smashed super thin and had some good flavors to it. The burger was tasty and filling. It's worth a try.

Food truck with great smash burger and fries. Service was fast and efficient. Parking isn't great.

This food truck is nestled between two other trucks in a small strip mall parking lot. There was lots of parking when we visited but can see it being hard to find parking when busy. They have a nice outdoor seating area that was clean and inviting with lots of plants. They offer a typical American fare of smash burgers and giant Hebrew National hot dogs with crinkle cut fries. The hot dog toppings are just the typical options (ketchup, mustard, relish, onions and cheese). The sesame burger bun was soft and the burgers were good but not exactly something to drive across town for. However, the fries were a stand out. They were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside seasoned with a unique burger type seasoning and house burger sauce for dipping.

I’ve been wanting to visit Love Eatz for awhile now and finally did today. The location is right off the 99 and it’s located in a parking lot so plenty of spaces. I got the Love Burger which is the same as the classic but with the addition of lettuce, walla walla onion pieces and pickles. This burger slaps. It’s perfectly crispy, juicy, and the toppings are amazing (I got mine without pickles). It’s greasy but that comes with the territory. The fries were good. Nothing crazy special but tasty nonetheless! They include a side of their Love Sauce to dip them in. Pretty pricey, BUT I expected it, especially seeing we live in a trump world.

I've been wanting to try their smash burger and today, I finally did. I had the love burger and it was delicious specially with the caramelized onions in it. The fries were seasoned well and the love sauce was yummy. I will definitely be coming back.

I wish I got a better picture but I ate the burger too fast it was delicious. I came here because I saw a video of someone reviewing it on tiktok(I know)… I got the love combo & the classic burger. I will recommend this place for as long as they’re open. The burger was so delicious & the fries were seasoned to perfection! Get the love burger if you like onions & add bacon you won’t regret it! The photo doesn’t do it justice but was bacon was thick!
